Today we’d like to introduce you to Michele Harrington.

Hi Michele, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.What started as my husband Al’s journey through recovery and wellness eventually became deeply personal for me after we moved to Texas and fully entered the world of youth sports with our four children. As a busy mom constantly traveling, managing schedules, supporting young athletes, and balancing family life, I began to understand firsthand how important recovery, wellness, and taking care of your body really are—not just for professional athletes, but for everyday families too.

That experience naturally pulled me into Replay CBD in a much bigger way. I became passionate about helping grow the brand through authentic storytelling, influencer partnerships, and creating conversations around wellness that felt relatable to real people. I saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between elite performance and everyday recovery for parents, athletes, and busy individuals trying to keep up with demanding lifestyles.

 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like any entrepreneurial journey, there have been a lot of moments that required patience, adaptability, and resilience. One of the biggest challenges was stepping into an industry that still carried misconceptions and stigma around CBD and wellness products. A large part of the journey became educating people, building trust, and helping consumers understand the difference between quality wellness products and the narratives that often surround the industry.

Another challenge was balancing business growth while raising four children and managing the nonstop pace of youth sports and family life. There were seasons where I was juggling travel schedules, practices, games, content creation, partnerships, and brand responsibilities all at once. Learning how to grow something authentically while still being present for my family took a lot of adjustment and discipline.

There were also challenges that came with building a brand in an increasingly crowded wellness space. Social media restrictions, changing marketing rules, and finding ways to connect with audiences authentically without overpromising results forced us to become creative and intentional in how we tell our story.

At the same time, those obstacles helped shape the direction of Replay CBD and my own role within it. They pushed me to become more hands-on, more knowledgeable, and more passionate about creating something that genuinely connects with people living active, demanding lifestyles like mine.

What else should we know about what you do?I work closely with my team to help position our family brand Replay CBD as a modern wellness and recovery brand that connects authentically with active lifestyles, athletes, and everyday consumers. My role focuses on brand storytelling, outreach and content creation that helps make wellness feel approachable and relatable.

I specialize in helping translate Replay’s mission into real-life experiences while also helping grow brand awareness in an organic and community-driven way. I’m most proud of helping build meaningful connections between the brand and consumers through trust, and lifestyle-driven storytelling.

More than anything, I want to continue building things that feel purposeful and impactful both personally and professionally.
